Homemade Maple Syrup

This morning I made french toast and realized I did not have syrup. I tried this recipe and loved it!! Best part it is super easy!!

1 cup water
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 Tablespoons maple flavoring

In a sauce pan bring water and sugars to a boil over medium-high heat. Once at a boil at maple flavoring and reduce heat to medium-low heat for three minutes. Remove from heat and enjoy!! Remember to constantly stir so your sugars won't burn.
