No Tears or Less Anyways With an Onion

I learned a little trick to help keep from crying or tearing up. Sometimes it works better than others. When cutting the onion, cut the ends off. Next cut down the middle. Make sure the outside skin is off. Finally take each half and run both ends under water. Run under water a while filling up the pockets or pores with water. Than take back to your cutting board and cut normally. Happy Cutting!!
